The controller is BLU PARSEC SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, identified in the legal notice. We use your name, email, optional company and message to answer your enquiry and take pre-contractual steps at your request. Technical connection data is processed to operate and secure the website. Optional analytics measures website use only after you agree.
Legal bases
Enquiries about a project are processed to take pre-contractual steps you request. Website operation and security rely on our legitimate interest in providing a reliable service. Optional analytics relies on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. The form does not subscribe you to marketing and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Providers and international transfers
Vercel hosts the website, Resend delivers form emails, Google Workspace provides our mailbox and Google Analytics processes optional usage statistics. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable data-processing terms and transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required. We do not sell your data.
Retention and your rights
We retain enquiries as needed to resolve them and meet applicable legal obligations. Analytics event data is retained for two months; user data for fourteen months, with renewal on new activity. Aggregated reports may remain longer. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to contact@bluparsec.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
